Shweshwe patterns are an integral part of South African traditional dress fabric. Originally said to
have been introduced to the Xhoza people by German settlers in
the mid 1800's - the Shweshwe print style can be easily
identified by its complex patterns usually in blues and browns -
but now available in a wider colour range.
We have introduced Shweshwe inspired
designs applied to placemats to add a traditional African
feel to table place settings.
These laminated cork backed placemats can be produced with your own text to
make them unique or branded for use in a commercial or
